Matt and Laura Gass, began serving the Lord as missionaries in Tanzania, East Africa in 2012. They are sent by  Inter-City Baptist Church of Allen Park, MI, through the help of Grace Baptist Mission.

The mission for their ministry is to glorify God by expanding the reach of the gospel through the planting of indigenous churches committed to the same objective.

Since transitioning to ministry in Zambia, Matt fills a number of roles: Working alongside local believers who are making disciples and establishing churches. Serving in discipleship ministries, teaching Bible content, doctrine, and methods of biblical exegesis in the Bible institute and similar venues among the churches. Providing counsel and encouragement as a theological mentor for the leadership of local churches.
